6. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of purchase confirmation, provided that order processing or shipment preparation has not yet commenced.

Graceoli accepts return requests only.

Direct product exchanges are not offered. This is because each order is processed individually, and product availability may vary at the time a return is received.

Customers may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including:
